The Karabakh Revival Fund, which was established on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on January 4, 2021, aims to provide financial support and attract investments to the measures implemented in the direction of the restoration and reconstruction of the territories freed from occupation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the transformation into a region with a stable economy and high prosperity is a public legal entity that implements the development of public-private partnership in the field, as well as the necessary promotional activities inside and outside the country.
