Is the information of the attached cards stored on the platform?

Card information is not stored on the platform under any circumstances. The cards you add are stored only in the bank's secure card memory to help you with future payments or receiving funds.

What information will be required of the client while paying?

While paying , you choose the fields the customer will fill. Thus, you create a private payment window for your service sector.

How can I get my funds collected over platform?

The collected funds will be transferred to your business card based on your chosen interval. The funds are transferred to the business card online and are executed 24/7 regardless of the bank's operating day.

Is it possible to integrate Epoint with your website?

You can easily integrate the platform with your website or app. You will be provided with API documentation for integration.

What is a Referral Program and how use it?

You can earn income using the referral program from the commission given by sharing your referral link mentioned in the personal account with partners. If there is a turnover of partners, you can get a permanent passive income.

What is CVV2 / CVC2 code?

The CVV/CVC verification code is located on the back of your payment card and represents the basic security feature. Under no circumstances should the code CVV2 / CVC2 be shared with others.
