Global Innovations (Epoint brand) and United Payment have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a mutual partnership. Under this agreement, both parties will collaborate across several key areas to deliver innovative payment solutions to customers.

• Integration of terminals for accepting cash and provision of these services to end-users

• Integration and provision of services for accepting and transferring payments via bank cards
  
• Acceptance and transfer of tokenized and biometric payments
  
• Deployment of Mobile POS solutions
  
• Acceptance and processing of payments via electronic wallets
  
• Acceptance of installment payments via credit and installment cards
  
• Settlements related to acquiring services
